The 14th International Fur Auction collection was selectively sold. But despite the selective interest from the buyers, we'd like to note that the sold goods included show lots, as well as string positions, that indicates the uniformity of the presented collection. The positions in XXL and small sizes were in the greatest demand.
Additionally we would like to note the recovering demand for bright silvery skins, which were in a minimal interest throughout the pandemic period. Thus 55% of the exhibited goods of the silvery specification have been sold.
According to the results of the auction the main buyers represented Russia, Greece, Italy, China and Hong Kong.

Summing up the auctions that took place in the main part of the auction season, we could say that the situation in the fur market remains unstable due to the increased sanctions pressure. It has led to the complication of logistics chains that stretch the time of the agent receiving the raw materials, purchased by him. In the current uncertainty situation, buyers are in the risk, which affects the decision-making process about purchases and its volumes.
